SUSTAINABLE PROCUREMENT POLICY
(VIETCIS)

1. Purpose

VIETCIS is committed to integrating environmental and social considerations into its procurement processes and managing risks related to supplier practices.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all suppliers, contractors, and business partners engaged with VIETCIS.

3. Environmental Practices

Suppliers are required to comply with environmental regulations, reduce waste, optimize resource use, and minimize environmental impacts.

4. Social Practices

Suppliers must ensure fair working conditions, including reasonable working hours, fair wages, no child or forced labor, and respect for human rights.

5. Supplier Selection and Evaluation

VIETCIS integrates sustainability criteria into supplier selection and evaluates key suppliers based on environmental and social performance.

6. Qualitative Objectives

• Promote responsible sourcing and ethical supply chain practices
• Select suppliers that demonstrate strong environmental and social performance
• Continuously improve supplier sustainability performance

7. Quantitative Targets

• Evaluate at least 80% of key suppliers based on ESG criteria annually
• Ensure 100% compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards
• Train 100% procurement staff on sustainable procurement practices

8. Monitoring and Improvement

VIETCIS monitors supplier performance and continuously improves its procurement processes through audits, evaluations, and engagement.

9. Commitment

VIETCIS expects all suppliers to adhere to this policy and collaborate in achieving sustainability objectives.
